1 bedroom queen with bathroom entry. refrigerator with ice maker. fully stocked kitchen . Livingroom has day bed with trundle pull out makes 2 twin beds (extra charge per person after 2 )
Concrete patio with table and four chairs. . Fenced in Yard with use of front yard , boat parking, bring your charcoal and lighter fluid for grill. Internet modem to hard connect for when you need to work.
Nice quiet fishing community. children ages 12 and up welcome. we accept long-term rentals there are extra charges for long-term rentals . There is a electric charge for long-term rentals and and also the cleaning fee is a different price. Please speak to the host.

This was the perfect place to spend a few days in the area visiting family and enjoying the nearby waters for fishing and scalloping. It was easy to access, very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

We only spent one night but the apartment was very clean and had plenty of parking for our truck and boat. We had excellent luck scalloping and hopefully will be back next scallop season.

Great host & comfortable property. One note: if you are sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke, there is a slight lingering smell. I had some spray I used to eliminate/mask it during our stay.

Sister get away

This was a perfect location to relax and catch up with family. The place was comfortable and clean. It was nice that the beach was a short distance away. Nowhere Grill is a must place to eat.

Perfect stay

Wonderful place perfect for the 5 days we were there. Huge full kitchen and plenty private parking in gated area. Owner very nice and social. We are planning many trips back. Close enough to the boat ramps in Keaton beach and Dark Island.
