“The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although it's an older Hotel the rooms were very clean and the air conditioner worked great. This is the second time we've stayed there and we will choose it again when we take our next Cruise because it's only 15 minutes from the port.”

“I took pictures, the property was horrible!this hotel was not clean and mold on the curtains and lamps as well as one lamp there was a mixture of rust and mold, it looked like feces was spear all over the walls and the toilet did not work( couldn’t flush) and the smell was discussing! I checked out as soon as I seen the rooms! I reserved two rooms on July 10th and another let room for the 11th.. I cancelled both, I will not pay for a rooms I didn’t use due to these issues! “On the one hand, I feel bad, as this property is maintained by what seems to be a small family of perhaps three people. On the other hand, the quality of the property is seriously questionable. The property is older and has been poorly maintained. The television in the room didn't work. The air conditioner leaked all over the floor overnight with condensation. When checking out, I tried to locate a member of staff to alert them to the AC issue, but no one was around, even when I rang the bell……

“Super clean. Very friendly. New. Limited parking spaces for hotel that size. So you want to get in the lot not too long after dinner.”

“My family of 4 was forced to constantly ask for towels from day one because staff only provided sets for 3, even though front desk saw it was 4 people. The manager stated because we used a third party to book, they had no way of knowing how many would arrive. But to that I say, once we checked in and you counted 4 people, there should have been an adjustment. This was an inconvenience from the start, which made us feel like we were annoying the staff. There were stains which looked permanent……

“Our family was taking a cruise out of Galveston and this property is literally two blocks away from the cruise terminal so it was great to spend the previous night in old town Galveston very nice and then the next morning we just walked to our terminal for the cruise line, everyone was very helpful. Very nice. The rooms were great. The breakfast was incredible. Highly recommend recommended.”

“Everything was just perfect. Breakfast was very good, the social hour was very nice and we got to meet other guests. The room was spacious. Bathtub/shower wasn't so comfortable but we stayed just 1 night before the cruise so it wasn’t so bad.”
