Great clean convenient little stay. Friendly staff at check in. Parking a bit tight but I didn’t have any issues. Pub noise wasn’t an issue for us at night as it was very busy and noisy outside but quiet from Our room. Would stay again if required to visit on another business trip.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The whole complex is a construction site so no street appeal but once you find the rooms they are fine for a few nights. Would recommend if you need to stay in the area but not as the basis for a first time visit to Perth.

The current construction work takes away from a very favourable first impression, however the rooms are pleasant, clean and the bathroom is also very good. The daily housekeeping contributes to the overall excellent experience! As an added bonus, you have the best shampoo & conditioner, I am always wary of low quality products, but your's are fantastic! Great hot water pressure; good A/C, fridge, micro and kettle; clean linens. Very close to Tai Chi venue which was great. Helpful and courteous staff members. No noise from the tavern at night. Price was reasonable for a twin share room. Mattress uncomfortable. Unimpressed with cleanliness of room on arrival as previous occupant's underwear was still under the luggage shelf. Shower taps in need of repair as knob comes off and cold water line shudders.

I knew that there was construction work going on around the property, but I didn't know this work would be running all night!! It disturbed my sleep with reversing trucks at 3am etc!! If I had known this I wouldn't have booked. Other than that, the rooms and service were reasonable value for money.
