Comfortable and spacious

It was good. Comfortable bed snd very spacious room. Clean and quiet. With the Swan River nearby, it is great for walks. Close to airport and city.

Was disappointed with the restaurant closing so early especially as it was Christmas week. Hotel did not appear anywhere near full and yet our room overlooked the car park, would have been nice to have a view of the river as that is the main attraction

A great hotel in the banks of the river . May need a bit refresh as some areas a little dated . It was very cold ( but it’s winter) but the room was lovely and warm. We were put quite a distance away , but that’s ok. Restaurant had great staff, great food and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again

Comfortable and clean facility with friendly and helpful staff. Chose it because it had a restaurant, onsite parking and proximity to major highways. Unfortunately let down by the restaurant and kitchen. Very long wait for meals, despite restaurant only being 1/3 capacity. Robot waiter, although cute, took meals to incorrect table and there was a delay for the human server to arrive and serve the meals. 3 out of 4 of our meals arrived at the table barely warm and had to be sent back. ‘Medium rare’ steak requested-served ‘well done’ and appeared to be a cheaper cut than described on the menu. At breakfast the next morning, ordered avocado on toast , avocado was underripe and very discoloured, as was also, the requested replacement. Did not eat in the restaurant again during our 3 day stay. Also, the phones in our rooms were difficult to use, and did not go through to Reception when dialled.
