有历史的老房子而已

酒店的硬件设施及配套还是行吧。但是，房东的态度令人不愉快。因为酒店有Check in 时间的限制，我们之前发邮件说过有可能入住当天会比较晚到，但实际到的时间比他的规定时间早，结果就这样惹房东不高兴了，居然怪责我们为什么会早到，我们和他解释说是因为从北面的城市开车过来，不太好估计路上的时间，所以早到了，他居然在我一入门就在那里唠唠叨叨不停地提我们邮件里说要晚到而现在又早到，实在令人费解。关键是态度很不友善，好像我做错了什么事似的，所以，在办理入住手续时弄得气氛非常不愉快，我只不过早到了而已呀。还有就是，之前在邮件里我曾问过可否第二天将车停在他们那里，因为我们第二天要上岛玩，邮件里房东回复如果方便的话是可以的，还明确了最迟提车的时间。我理解应该是OK的，实际是在入住时再问他时，他却一口回绝说不行，还说什么他的房费这么便宜，怎么可能还让你停车，意思是住宿费不贵了你还想占便宜之类的难听的话，我当场无语，心里想如果不想让客人check out后停车，在邮件里明说就好了，我还不一定要住他这家呢。 总之，我们那天运气不好，估计碰上房东心情不悦，所以体验非常糟糕，不得不说出来。第一次碰到这样的情况，实在令人费解。 另外房间的隔音太差，我们只是正常声量说话，居然走廊对面房间的客人过来敲门请我们小声点，那时才晚上9点多。

The location of the hotel is convenient with just about 10 minutes walk from Fremantle Train Station. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice and helpful.

The owner was really friendly and welcoming!! Even the 🐑 sheepdog Oden gave me a warm welcome! I highly recommend the terrace central!!!! The room was soooo nice, very, very clean, Barry even left the air-conditioning on, so it was nice and cool. I definitely would stay again, if I had a function in Fremantle again. 😃

It was right opposite Fremantle Hospital where my other half was booked in for an operation. Couldnt have been more convenient. Also it was only a small walk to Cicerellos for fish and chips

The Terrace: a charming, historical B&B

Very comfortable and spacious room with plenty of olde world inclusions to make it a unique B&B with a different vibe to a hotel. Also well located in Fremantle but not too close to the noisy nightlife.

숙박을 받아주시는 분은 굉장히 친절했어요. 근데 우리가 그분의 말씀을 알아듣기가 어려웠어요... ㅠ 호텔이라기보다는 룸에 가까웠어요. 복도형식으로 되어 바깥을 밤에 나와 구경할 수도 있었음. 근데 앙스위트인지뭔지는 그런구분은 없는거같았어요. 생각하는 호텔은 아니었지만 나쁘지얺았어요. 위치적으로는 프리마켓이랑 가깝고 역에서도 가까워서 좋았어요! 근데 좀 한적한 곳이었어요. 근데 그분이 그러셨어요. 인터넷으로 예약하는 것보다 직접 와서 예약하면 훨씬싸다고... 암튼 나름 좋지만 가성비는 그냥 그런 곳이었어요. 그래도 친절하니까^^

Excellent location close to all you need in Fremantle. Great decor and the best continental breakfast. Lots of nice touches. Very good value for money modern onsuite. Only downside was for our room we couldn't open window to outside light but excellent value nevertheless.

Terrace Central Hotel S. Terrace Fremantle WA.

Lovely little Hotel/b n b across the road from the bold Fremantle Hospital. 5 minute stroll from the Cappucino Strip (lots of bars, clubs cafes etc. On the CAT Bus route- free bus runs all hours from train station along South Tce to South Beach- popular with backpackers and back to station etc. I had a single room with double bed,A/C, TV,heater and en suite. Serviced daily. Spolessly clean.Polished floorboards. Free breakfast.Fridge in room. I paid Aud$110.00/night in October. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, Centrally located historic hotel

I can't say enough good about this stay. Location is amazing, just short walk to the Fremantle Market. The historic building is well maintained and clean. Barry is an amazing host who takes time to chat with guests over breakfast. A typical continental breakfast. We were upgraded so our room had a lot of room, with a very comfy bed and a large ensuite. Wifi worked well. Will return without hesitation!

Nice Room, excellent continental breakfast

We were very satisfied, the room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable. An excellently set out bathroom with surprisingly modern fittings for an older building. My only complaint was a mild one; there was only one tiny cake of soap for two of us for two days. Fortunately we had some of our own. Otherwise we were happy..
