It consists of a large open space (50 square meters) with DINING AREA, KITCHENETTE, double sofa bed, single bed, large wardrobe; bathroom (with shower cabin). A BEDROOM (DOUBLE BED and SINGLE BED) with independent entrance from the outside, wardrobe, SECOND BATHROOM. From the kitchen, you can access the VERANDA, with dining table and barbecue (for EXCLUSIVE use). Windows with MOSQUITO NETS. In each room, there is a FAN and THERMOSTATIC VALVES.
The Le Balze property hosts THREE APARTMENTS: Le Rose (2+2 guests), Il Melograno (4+2 guests), Il Rustico (3+3 guests), and two B&B ROOMS in the hosts' villa. The swimming pool (with the attached porch) and the park are shared.

At 1500 meters, in via della Pallotta (4 minutes by bus), a large store of organic products and food (including gluten-free).
