Not the luxury villa as advertised
I'm afraid that this villa didn't match expectations at all for our visit to Cyprus for a family wedding. When we arrived there was water leaking from the upstairs toilet and running through the ceilings, walls & down the stairs. It took over three days for this to dry out and then the ceiling started to flake and drop.
Separate to this incident, the villa was kitted out to a basic beach house standard and definitely not the 'luxury' villa it was advertised as. It was functional but not homely at all. Unfortunately one shower needed fixing and various items in the property were damaged. This was primarily due to the very cheap nature of the fittings.
Unfortunately the villa hadn't been maintained. Cockroaches were very frequent visitors in large numbers! The downstairs bedroom was more of a windowless dungeon/store room than a 'luxury villa'.
Most of the neighbouring properties have been abandoned at various stages of construction.
On the upside, it was quiet and the garden was very nice with easy access to the coastal path.
