「Beautiful setting. It was hot and the room assigned to us was not cool. The A/C was not working well. The staff denied it. Two of them said it was working well implying that we were paranoid. All rooms are booked they said so I began looking on Expedia for another hotel and found it and just before I tapped the confirmation button the manager said we could change to another room.
