Fantastic house in Pescia

House was amazing (perfect bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful garden, perfect swimming pool, stunning views). Road from Pescia towards house is a bit of a challenge (narrow and steep).

Our large group of 16-17 people just returned from a wonderful stay at this Tuscan villa, and we couldn't be happier. The house was perfectly equipped to accommodate all of us comfortably.The location is absolutely breathtaking. Tucked away in the hills, the villa offers stunning views that made every morning a delight. The outdoor area is truly the star of the show. It's spacious, incredibly well-maintained, and filled with beautiful plants, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying a vacation.The host was fantastic—very kind and always available. Communication was excellent, and any requests we had were handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction.We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Tuscany.

First Wedding at Farfalla Di Toscana

Amazing property surrounded by Tuscan hills and ancient towns. The view, room sizes and amenities are not given justice by the pictures online. John is a tremendous host who really cares for your needs and his estate. We had 14 staying at the property and never felt crowded. 26 guests on wedding day and it was perfect. The road to the property was a fun daily ritual to navigate. We would definitely come back, next time with more groceries on the first drive up the hill.
