「The host was very kind and check in was very easy. A beautiful home and the host provided many thoughtful extras and clear labels that allowed us to have an experience that was effortless and very enjoyable. 」

「I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home!!! This was our second time staying at this house and both experiences have been great! The house is always super clean and is stocked with everything you will need. We loved the dock, fishing was great from it and it is so convenient being so close to the boat launch. The owners were great to deal with and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this house!!!!!!」

「The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again 」

「My wife and I came to visit for her birthday. We had a great time and the house was great for this purpose. Everything was clean and the location was great for venturing to different parts of town easily and quickly.A heads up to visitors (and nothing the host can fix), locals speed down the street in front of the house. Be advised if you come with kids, and keep pets on a short leash. 」

「We came to Richmond for my Brother's wedding. There were 9 adults and we had a blast. The house was centrally located to everything that we needed. New house and was appointed nicely. We would stay here again!」

「Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals.」

「Our family had all gathered in Petersburg to lay one of our family members to rest in the community they grew up in. None of us lived in Petersburg so we opted to find a place large enough to hold our entire family. The place is most suitable for adults and there are stairs to get to any of the bedrooms or bathrooms so be sure you can walk up and down stairs. 」

「This was a lovely quiet neighborhood and close enough to my brothers college. The check in process was smooth and the 3 rooms were the perfect fit for me, my mother, and grandma. Definitely would recommend this beautiful place. 」
