The Wen Inn is a gem. Relaxing place with a great breakfast and an engaging owner. We really enjoyed the European style B&B atmosphere. It’s a good value too.

The Wen Inn was excellent, very clean, quiet, the town was friendly and the Inn is located a few feet from the Root River Bike trail. It was nice we could store our bikes inside. The owner was very very nice with suggestions and made an great breakfasts for us. We enjoyed the local museum all about the town.

Excellent cute, charming, unique place with a great host. Plenty of great breakfast with lots of refreshments. The area around this quite town is absolutely beautiful. We used free bikes from the museum to travel on the plentiful bike trails. We traveled to near by towns to site see. Plenty of great breweries and wineries around the area. Also everyone was so friendly. Absolutely loved the property and our stay!

Nice, clean and comfortable stay

Very clean and comfortable stay. Also, enjoyed hike on the Peterson Overlook Trail. Marj was very personable and a welcoming host for our recent stay for 2 nights at her Inn. Really enjoyed the nice breakfast. We would definitely consider staying there again if we are in the area in the future.

Excellent place to stay for riding the Root River Trail. The place was very historic, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I loved being able to sit outside on the veranda and watch other bicyclists go by.

Lovely weekend getaway

This is a great inn to stay to explore the area. The town of Peterson has bikes you can borrow for free and the bike trail is right near the inn. Marg was a great hostess and made sure we had what we needed. Look forward to staying here again.

We very enjoyed our stay at The Wen Inn over the 4th of July for a biking trip on the Root River trail. Extremely convenient and nice to have a place to store our bikes in the garage. Marj was a wonderful host who made a fantastic breakfast each morning and we enjoyed conversation with the other guests.. We enjoy our suite. Everything was clean and private. Large bathroom and good shower. We definitely would stay here again.

Marj was an excellent host and we really enjoyed our stay. Located on the root river trail the Wenn Inn is a beautiful property in the quiet town of Peterson. We have 2 young kids and they thought it was really cool especially the small pond :)

The inn is very comfortable with a number of room options. Everything was super clean. It is located in a very safe, quiet small town and is adjacent to the bike trail that goes between small towns. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We totally enjoyed our stay there.

Marg was a wonderful hostess. The property is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The price was right! It is right next to the bike trail, which is awesome. And she has a bike storage so we didn't worry about theft during the night...not that we would worry around there anyway. It was SO PLEASANT to sit on the huge porch in the evening and play a game and rest. Even when it was HOT, it was beautiful in the shade.
