「Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry」

「Conforme à nos attentes 」

「Great points: good welcome, great environment, large rooms, nice geographic situation. Bad points: Not so good beds, plumbing problems, a poorly cleaned swimming pool, a poorly located kitchen... when it rains its a real mess! The bathroom door doesn't close, flowing water heater.」

「Bel emplacement pour cette hôtel. La chambre est cinique et la climatisation désastreuse. Pourtant le site a un fort potentiel. Le personnel manque sensiblement de formation.」

「The location close to the port was important with ferry access but it was nice to be able to walk around the historical port area. The staff spoke English and were very helpful- I had not had lunch and was starving - they graciously made me a snack (it was not free but I was grateful). They also made a great dinner recommendation in close proximity. The previous night the area was involved in protests and I felt very safe as a female solo traveler.」

「Hôtel confortable et agréable Excellent petit déjeuner et dîner buffet Un bel espace pour la piscine」

「Nice view , nice place , great staff」

However, out of the four coffee machines in the breakfast area, two were not working, and at times as many as three were out of order. The front desk staff were generally very good and were eager to help me with matters such as bus routes, making change, and arranging taxis. What also left a strong impression on me was that the local ecology seems to be well preserved. There are a cat, chickens,...

「Trevligt boende som ligger helt ok.」

「The property needs to be upgraded. The furniture on the balcony was dingy and unattractive. The tiles on the perimeter of the balcony as moldy. The views were lovely. The hotel is located in the heart of everything on the beach. It would lovely if it was refreshed 」

Parking petit」

「One hour by car via a wonderful lush mountain pass, les galets rouges is an oasis of calm and refinement on the caribbean sea, gorgeous sunset on waterfront nearby.」

「The staff was helpful ,however the space wasn't what they were selling in the posting photos .A small room filled with stuff. Mismatch bedding. And location so far from the airport. Any way very disappointing . 8」
