「Lagoon Attitude was an exceptional stay\. We spent eight days here and couldn’t believe it was a four\-star hotel\. We’ve stayed in five\-star hotels that didn’t match its service, attention to detail or luxury\. Our ground\-floor room was spotless, beautifully designed and had a gorgeous sea view overlooking the boathouse\. The hammock was a lovely touch, and I recommend requesting a ground\-floor room\. Special thanks to Kaveesh, the manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout...

「We had a relaxing stay overall. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the beach was lovely. However, recurring issues with communication, follow-through and attention to detail affected our experience. On arrival, the robe was dirty and a few items had been left by previous guests. Before arrival, I asked about a special dinner but was directed towards the usual restaurants. During our stay, we discovered private dining was an option. We were also incorrectly told entertainment was only on...

「Everything was very well organized and I had a great stay. The property was clean and the secure parking was also a big plus. A special thank you to Vishnu (if i spell it correctly) from the breakfast service. His service was excellent and he was always incredibly friendly and helpful. He really made the mornings even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were fantastic as well. Everyone at reception, the housekeeping team, the gate/security staff, and all the other employees I met were...

「We've stayed at the Monalysa Hotel twice, the first time at the Monalysa Residence, the second time at the Monalysa Suite, and this year, as always, we had a wonderful time. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and always available to answer any questions. The studio apartment was large with a balcony and a kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishes. We also took a trip to Deer Island with Monalysa; it was a great experience, everything was...
