Incrivel do inicio ao fim, que hospitalidade. Informei que era comemoração de aniversário de namoro, por isso já queria a hidro cheia e quentinha quando chegasse e também taças para beber um vinho que estava levando, e deixaram uma cartinha junto com tudo pronto e organizado para gente! Nos sentimos muito bem, espaço amplo silencioso, vista incrivel e cama maravilha!

Foi muito boa, principalmente aos funcionários, em especial a Daiana (responsável da cozinha), além do café da manhã delicioso, super simpática e atenciosa, mas sentimos falta de ganchos nos banheiros para pendurar as toalhas de banho e rosto, além do box que não tem porta pra fechar e molha o banheiro todo, tive que pedir pra substituir o kit banho, pois fica tudo muito molhado. Deixo esse ponto de atenção. No mais, retornaria com certeza!

Tem pousadas melhores em Petrópolis.

Pousada bem simples e instalações muito antiga, divergem das fotos, precisando de reparos, os funcionários tem boa vontade no atendimento, mas a estrutura não ajuda muito, café da manhã, apesar de lido em outros comentários q era Buffet, quando cheguei, justificaram q por sermos os únicos hóspedes, não seria Buffet, mas montariam uma mesa para nós, marquei alguns itens do cardápio q me posicionaram, dizendo q poderia ser reposto o q pedíssemos e não foi verdade, tudo muito limitado, bem básico mesmo, pão de queijo limitado num café da manhã? Tive q levantar 3 vezes para chamar alguém para repor um simples bolo q só havia 2 pequenas fatias, para 2 pessoas, desconfortável demais, um tanto constrangedor até. Não gostei e não recomendo.

Pousada precisa de administração efetiva

O quarto é confortável e limpo, mas tivemos o azar de ter um vazamento no teto do nosso banheiro que caía agua em cima do nosso vaso sanitário. A piscina é muito bonita e nova, mas a água estava esverdeada e turva, sem tratamento. Na frente da piscina tem um bar novo e sem uso e do outro lado um muro baixo dividindo o terreno e após o muro um curral de cavalos com cheiro forte de urina e esterco que incomoda bastante quem fica na piscina, principalmente nas espreguiçadeiras. O café da manhã tem bolos deliciosos, mas infelizmente possui uma infestação de moscas devido a proximidade do curral. As moscas pousam nas comidas e são muitas, difícil de conter. Precisam instalar luz repelente de moscas!
