"We (family of 4 + dog) have stayed here overnight every year on our way to the south and we love it! Beautiful location (garden, woods, quiet, water feature), yet Zweibrücken’s excellent shopping outlet is just 2 minutes away by car. The rooms are comfortable and our dog was allowed to join us for dinner and breakfast (as an observer). There are two restaurants, but best to reserve a table in advance as the venue is often used for weddings (being a picturesque location).

"The staff was great, the room was great. My only wish is that it had a proper stand up enclosed shower. It had a bath tub with a hose and the water goes everywhere. The wonderful part is the the bathroom area has heated floors. Now I have to add this to my own home. Lots of food options nearby. "
"Cute little inn, just down one flight of stairs from the historic cathedral. The building itself is historic. Room is well furnished and clean. They also provide an electric kettle for tea. The inn is above a restaurant, where the breakfast is served. And the breakfast is a veritable feast! I highly recommend this place!
One minor detail: it wasn’t clear where to check in. I just went into the restaurant, which seemed to be the only option. A “check in here” sign would be very helpful."
