"This hotel was lovely. Southern charm and totally feels like vacation. The pool area with fountain was wonderful. The front patio with strung lights and comfortable seating was great for morning or evening cocktails and conversation. Loved our balcony overlooking the pool area. Bar had great drink options and friendly environment. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again! "

"After experiencing difficulties with the sofa bed the general manager immediately moves us to another room right across the hall. Our stay was very pleasant. A big event was happening but the staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The hot tub was very relaxing. There was a banana tree next to it which gave a pleasant view along with the palm trees. We would definitely stay here again. "

Our first room the ac went out then when my family and i went to enjoy the pool the staff told them it was 25$ per person if that’s the case it’s best to go to a actual water park. The front desk were very rude and kept bothering and pestering me for my baby to have swim diapers after i showed them multiple times that he had it on already "
