「旅客的第二個家，非常溫馨熱忱」

「English and services were really good.」

「房间比较旧了。但卫生保持的不错。信价比值！」

「Very clean, friendly staff, great location. A nice stay before a long flight, there’s also a great spa nextdoor.」

「Fantastic hotel we’re super friendly and helpful staff. Will absolutely stay there again the next time when we visit Hanoi」

「We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!」

「Excellent service and location. Highly recommended.」

「I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia.」

「Staff were very helpful and friendly, specially Nancy was amazing. Thank you for the good service.」

「The staff provided friendly service, but the facilities haven't improved, and the room amenities offered no pleasant surprises.」

「基本乾淨，地理位置佳，早餐也不錯，只是在醫院對面，早上人多車多。」

「Staff was nice, room is clean but the way they built the shower is inconvenient」

「I booked through Hotel.com and supposed to have the 20% dining privilege. But the hotel staff refused to acknowledge such hotel.com member benefit and said no such record. So I had to pay the hotel restaurant bill without any discount!」

「浴室清潔力度不足，清潔盛器坏的。職員有禮貌，早餐都OK的」
