Enjoyed this clean, quiet and comfortable apartment in Philadelphia. This was just what we needed for a quick visit to Philly for a ballgame and to see the sights. If we ever come back, we would stay here again. On street parking was ample. Communication with host was fast and helpful.

We enjoyed this very comfortable & cute apartment. The bedscwere very comfortable.It was clean & quiet. It was convenient to where we planned to go-Philadelphia Zoo, Mann Center, Horsham to visit family. We never had a parking issue. We recommend to anyone looking for easy access to city or surrounding areas.

My mom and I came to visit my daughter. The 2 bedroom apartment was ideal for us. It was as described in the listing. The neighborhood was fine. Just don’t go south. Parking was decent. Would stay here again, as the price was great!

This completely met or surpassed our expectations. Not too far from downtown Philly but far enough to feel safe and peaceful. I went for a run alone in the evening and felt safe. The unit was super clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great little apartment. It’s very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s centrally located which made it easy to get all over the city. All of the amenities you would need are provided and the small touches like a pour over coffee maker are very nice. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was very clean and suited our needs for a weekend away. We were able to find parking without a problem and the host was very communicable throughout our entire visit and was always checking to see if there was anything we needed. The only downfall was the unit below us was partying late into the evening/morning on Friday night but that was not the host's fault and it ended up being quiet on Saturday night. Bed was super comfortable and a nice apartment overall.

Pros: Communication was good with host, property pics are accurate and the place was as described. Neighborhood was fine for us, we felt safe and it was near a lot of restaurants, gas stations, etc. Street parking was easily found over the 4 days of our stay, we had at most a short ( 1 minute) walk to the property and could see our rental car from the window.Cons: Immediately upon opening the door we smelled smoke. At some point a smoker was in the unit and smoked enough to permeate the entire unit with a smoke smell which, understandably, is hard to get rid of. But it was clearly noticable every time we entered the unit. We mostly got used it but it is always there. We found the couch/sectional unit very uncomfortable but that is subjective.Other stuff: the mattresses are firmish foam. We slept OK on them. The coffee maker is more of a filter system, but instructions were included so it was OK. The kitchen has a small elevated table with very small stools that we did not like very much.Overall I would give the unit 3-4 stars except for the smoke smell which dropped it down to a 2 for us.

My husband and I were just so thrilled to find a place we could stay that we could afford! Before actually seeing the place, we were concerned that maybe it was cheaper to make up for something it was lacking. Boy, were we wrong! This is the cutest little upstairs apartment that had everything we needed! The kitchen looks like it has all new appliances and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was small, but most importantly, clean! The motion sensitive lights and security camera made us feel safe, and the required key code to get in was convenient and easy. I just can’t get over how inexpensive it was to stay here! I am so grateful there are still people in this world who are NOT greedy and just out to make a buck! My husband and I had to drive five hours to attend this wedding, so the price of gas and having to stay somewhere was something we really couldn’t afford. However, even though all the hotels in the area were out of our price range, we could afford this cute little apartment! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the owners!
