Philadelphia concert & hockey

Nice apartment in a great location near Lincoln Financial and Wells Fargo! Walking distance to Geno’s & Pat’s. 7 adults stayed everyone had plenty of space, two parking passes and 3 bedrooms had their own showers. Kitchen was big and there was a cute outdoor back space. One of our best trips for sure!

Our visit to Philly

Spent a week in Philly to visit with our son, see the Bananas, visit Hersheypark, take in a Phillies game, visit the Historic sites, Reading Terminal, take in a few museums, and enjoy some fine dining.... This place was safe and centrally located for public transportation, off street parking, and walkability..... totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!!

Good layout

The fact that it included parking was big for me. At night, less than 1/2 block away you can park all night. Things were pretty close so we ubered to most things but at least we knew where our car was. The area is known as little Saigon with lots of Asian restaurants and businesses nearby but safe. Our only peeve was that the cleaning people did not do a great job on the kitchen living room but the agent refunded us for that faux pas and they came and cleaned the next day. The agent was on top of things and came and took pictures of the poor job done. One issue we had was flies and even though we all (including the agent) looked for where it had come from we could not come to a spot and yet we must have killed more than 8 flies on the first day. It calmed down after that . The house overall is well set up and we all enjoyed last spaces for privacy and a living room or dining room where we could watch the Olympics.

South Philly Trip

We had a great trip, property was clean, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 8. 30 minute walk to the historic district. Convenient parking and easy Uber pick up spot.

Weekend with friends

The house was in a great location. We were able to walk to several different watering holes. The house was clean. The owner was super friendly a d easy to work with. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Very nice property

very spacious ( 3 floors plus a unfinished basement). Nice little patio out back. Having 2 parking spaces nearby was great. Very close walk to Passyunk and pats/genos. Very good communication with manager

We had a great time in Philadelphia and were in a good location

We had a really nice time at the house. It’s only a little more than a mile to downtown Philly. We used Uber for all our trips downtown and that was easy and fast. Maybe 15-20 minutes. There were only two of us so the bedrooms worked out fine. We both slept well while we were there. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. My husband has a little difficulty walking and the stairs were a challenge although the handrails were really nice. It has a toilet on two of the floors but the downstairs toilet was too small for my 6’2” husband to use. There wasn’t any room to put your knees even for me at 5’4” but I still used it sitting sideways. Fortunately, we were gone almost every day sight seeing so my husband only had to climb stairs at night. The parking passes were outstanding. It wasn’t far, less than a block away. When we left, we waited until one of the neighbors moved their car in the morning and parked on the street in front of the house. The neighborhood was interesting. We ate Vietnamese, Chinese, and philly steak at Geno's Steaks, King of Cannoli on 9th street and the Paris Baguette in the strip mall. The maintenance items mentioned still need to be done but we worked around them. The furniture was too soft for us old people to get in and out of so I sat on a dining room chair when we were home. All in all though, we enjoyed the house and the location.

Great time with n Philadelphia

This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.

Lots of room to spread out

The house was huge with a nice kitchen. Having a bathroom on each floor was really convenient. Parking at the lot on the corner was easy and close. We were able to also find parking on the street right outside the rental easily too. It’s an easy, less than a mile walk to the orange line that gets you to any of the sport arenas really easily. Beds, couches and chairs were comfy. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Outside patio was nice to have.

Philadelphia visit

Five adult women stayed in the apartment. Most things were great. A bit of maintenance needs to be done on a shower door, installing the dishwasher and washing the bathroom mats. Our shower drained, but slowly. Overall it was very good. The kitchen was well supplied. The location was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in Philly to attend a family wedding

We enjoyed our stay at the Little Saigon townhouse. It was the perfect size for our family (6 adults)as we were in town to attend a cousin's wedding. It was only a 1 mile walk to the historic buildings of Philly! It was in an urban setting, and we felt safe staying here.

Comfy and clean

The property was close enough to all we wanted to do for our girls weekend in Philly. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to easily accommodate our group of 7 girls. It was clean and the beds were comfy. It was a short Uber away from the reading terminal market and restaurants.

Family Wedding

The location was perfect. Easy access to center city and the historical sites. Plenty of room for the family including two young adults. Easy access to shopping as we were without a car. The host was very gracious and accomodating.

Really Nice Place
