I communicated with Ross Kim numerous times about the internet not working. It turns out the bill was not paid and we had no WiFi making it impossible to watch tv. Also, one of the bedrooms has no curtains making it difficult to sleep past sunrise. We woke up and wanted to have some coffee and they only had 1 cup that we all had to share. None of these are huge issues but they sure would make someone’s stay a better one.

The house was clean generally when I checked in. Upon further inspection the bed linens, blankets and pillows were not clean nor was the coffee maker. There is only one trash can in the kitchen, and no paper towels. No iron or ironing board, only the Primary BR has a closet. I also noticed that the door was broken when I arrived. The first night I had to call 911 due to screaming, loud music and talking on the street from 3AM to 7AM. The third day things got worse. The padlock would not unlock the door, then the glass frame in the door that was already broken fell to the steps which caused the house to be unsafe and unsecured for the remainder of my stay. I had to tape over the glass panel with cardboard and plastic to keep the cold out. The host offered to fix the door the day I was leaving. There is a sewage smell, and the basement was flooded when I left. I hope this helps someone.
