The shower hose was rusty and the doors were dirty. There is barely any silverware or pots. The windows in one of the rooms is missing 3 of the pieces were missing and everyone could see in the window. The hot tub wasn’t inflated or look like it has been touched in months.

Lovely outcome

Me and my family stayed here for Thanksgiving the location was good for us to meet up we had 1 child and 7 adults it was plenty of space very comfortable very nice rooms very spacious only 2 small things a towel in the bathroom had bleach spots like it was for cleaning and not showering and 1 spot in the living room floor was sticky maybe the supplies they use because the cleaning lady was literally leaving when we arrived other then that i would visit again if the cleaning fee was lower because i clean myself lol nice area management answered all questions asap so thanks my family had a great dinner

The good - the host was great and communicated well with fast responses. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the showers. The bad—the house needs a deep clean. The refrigerator was disgusting and had not been cleaned. The floors were sticky/tacky. The "hot tub" advertised is an inflatable hot tub. The furniture needs to be steam cleaned. The bed linens and towels have stains. The shower on the second-floor bathroom sprays water in a 360-degree direction, resulting in a mess to clean up. The area has a lot of homeless people who sleep around the residence. Parking is a challenge on the street. There is a lot of noise from the surrounding houses/streets. The white walls have so many smudges and fingerprints - the entire place needs to be re-painted. Overall, I would not stay here again. If you do stay here, I recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies.

Great for group

We enjoyed our stay overall. It was a group of us attending the halloween nights at ESP. The condo is lovely and accommodates a large group well. It is 3 levels with a bathroom on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Everything was provided for us so no need to bring it all with you (bedding, towels, etc). Cleaning items were provided as well (trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc). The space overall is open and modern. The showers were nice and the water hot. Parking is very difficult and the neighborhood is not the most desirable one. But it was close to where we needed to go and places we wanted to explore. I'd recommend parking your car as close as you can and leaving it there; just order an uber. The hot tub is on the small side and there was a lot of debris on the bottom so we didn't use it. I wouldn't sit more than 2 people in there. I would likely book again if i am ever in the Philly area again with a group.
