The room was certainly not clean like trash in the bedside drawer the bed sheets&pillow cases were disgusting there was hair in the shower ice bucket was oily and filthy could not use it when my auntee requested our bed have the linings changed while we was out to eat diner the lady at the desk just gave her new sheets instead also when we asked for another ice bucket she proceeded with attitude saying she had no other ice buckets heres a clean bag ummmm ewwwww we also requested a different room which we were told there's no other room available and they refused to refund the money offer a complimentary stay or anything thats just not good business manners i wouldnt let a maggot stay there ugh

Rooms need a slight upgrade. Paint doors. Bad eye sore. All and all breakfast was not to bad. For someone on the go. Beds very comfortable. Shower head needed changing. Was spraying everywhere. People very nice.

Room was not clean, had other people clothes hanging in the bathroom and nightstand. Had to go buy sheets and pillows i asked for my money back that was a No. Has to wait on management. You snell nothing but Marijuana the whole night.

I specifically added requests during completion of booking the room. To have a late checkout at 1:30pm. I even asked the manager at check in was it on there he says no problem. Well at 10:15am and then countless times after that cleanup knocked on my door and came an aggravated me to the point where by 11:20 am I jus called down stairs an told them I would go ahead an check out since they were gonna not honor my request an aggravate the crap outta me
