I booked this property 10 days out from our intended stay as our first place fell through due to storm damage. I messaged the property owner early in the week to inquire about access information but never heard back. We arrived at the property at 4:36 which was after the check in time at 4:00 and called the owner and had to leave a voicemail. I sent her another message through VRBO then grabbed a bite to eat. I tried to call back about 20 minutes later and SHE SENT ME TO VOICEMAIL. At that point, I contacted customer at VRBO who also couldn’t get a hold of her. Customer service was amazing and refunded my money. 2 days later, she called me in the middle of the event that I had flown to AZ to do and left me an apology. Too little, too late. I could have been completely stranded right before the biggest ultra marathon of my life. Do not rent from her.
