Great condo and location

This is our second stay at this condo. Condo has everything you need and the pool area is perfect. We like that we walk to Safeway and The Collins restaurant. Underground parking is handy as well.

Oasis in the Biltmore area!

We had a great stay -- the location is central to everything in the Biltmore area of Phoenix. The property was sparkling clean and very well appointed (we used the kitchen quite a bit). The heated pool is lovely, and the fitness center is great too. Would love to stay here again it the future! Five stars!!!

Clean, comfortable and convenient

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was clean and well appointed. We very much appreciated having the Kurig coffee provided. So many VRBO's have no or too limited basics (such as soap, dishwasher pods, foil, plastic wrap, etc.), BUT this one had all we needed. Very much appreciate this attention to detail by the host. Highly recommend. Neighborhood is great for walking and restaurants. 5 stars!

Quite perfect

We were there for 5 days with 2 toddlers. It was quite perfect, it had everything we needed. It’s location so central. Underground parking spot is well located. The heated pool and hot tub was also really appreciated by the kids.

Girls weekend

Complex is older yet fairly maintained, neighborhood is unsettling after dark. Unit is as described, the clean up requirements are a bit much- didn’t expect to do a load of laundry before departure- no big deal. Host was great, answered check in question after hours. If my husband was traveling with me, I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient

We enjoyed the convenience of the property. Unfortunately the weather was too cool to spend time at the pool. The one problem was the tub in the primary bath did not drain properly. We notified the property manager, but she was unable to help us at that time. We were able to use the second tub in the apartment.
