great location for a quick trip to Tempe

Property was in excellent condition, well appointed and with most students gone for the summer - fairly quiet. a 10m walk to downtown Tempe and all it has to offer. If I need to stay in Tempe again, would gladly re-book.
Stayed 4 nights in May 2025
