Nice and clean room, room service upon demand, extra room for the kitchen with a sink, a Fridge, a Microwave and a coffee maker. Extra sink before bathroom, which has its own sink inside. Breakfast has Eggs, beef sausages, waffle maker and lots of other stuff . Very happy! Thanks

The shower was clogged; we told the front desk—we stayed for two nights—but the problem wasn't resolved. The towels had hair on them, and one of the beds also had hair on the pillow.

Hotel is in a good location, especially for the price. Parking lot was well-lit. Room had a strong odor throughout the stay - combo of musty and air freshener. AC unit was powerful, but sounded like a tractor engine when cooling. I slept with ear plugs. One of the kitchenette drawers was missing its face panel. I noticed a sticky spot on the floor of the kitchenette and wiped it up - towel was completely black and I noticed the rest of the floor was also very dirty. I ended up wiping the entire floor down with cleaner and paper towels I bought at target. Front desk staff was sympathetic and agreed it should have been cleaner. Offered to mop floor, but I’d already done it myself. Hopeful it’s a learning opportunity for the staff to do better cleaning the rooms. If you need a bargain room in a decent location, this is still an option, but I wouldn’t have high expectations for cleanliness.

The room still had shoes left under the bed that were from who knitted when. There were dead little roaches in the kitchen drawers. And in the bathroom 2 small roaches came out of a gap by the wall and tub. Crumbs were on the mattress on the fold out couch. Overall dirty hotel.
