I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton for just a few hours, checking in around midnight for a meeting the following morning. Despite the short stay, everything about the experience was exceptional — from the cleanliness of the room to the professionalism of the front desk staff. The property felt secure, well-kept, and welcoming even at such a late hour.
The only reason I’m leaving a 4-star review instead of 5 is due to the room assignment. My company had booked a King-size room, but upon check-in, I requested a handicap-accessible room due to a foot injury sustained while traveling. The staff kindly accommodated my request which I appreciated but I was placed in a room with two full-size beds instead of the King I had originally reserved.
While I understand the limitations of room availability, I would’ve appreciated being informed at the desk: something like, “We do have an accessible room, but it’s not available in a King bed would that be acceptable?” That transparency would’ve allowed me to make the choice myself instead of walking into the room and being surprised.
Still, the overall service and quality of the hotel were top-tier, and I’d absolutely stay here again — just with clearer communication next time
