For being a very affordable option and having a lot of vagriants in the area the room itself was actually very clean and comfortable parking could use a little help as well as access to the second floor having the only two stairwells going up and down one on each side in the center affects the parking and the ability to get to either side quickly if they were on this side for no doors were at it would be easier to adjust and or adding stairs in those places while keeping the center ones feels like currently it has a very tight escape plan if one needed to escape but I live on the side of paranoid thinking so

The air conditioner worked awesome and the counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades especially the door, the security latch didn't work which prompted me to put the nightstand and a chair and my suitcase against the door for security. The hallways were very dark which made it feel unsafe walking to and from our room.

My room’s dead bolt did not work, the in room coffee pot was missing a brew basket. Pool area was locked up first evening. But the room served its purpose. I used the other latch to secure door and was able to get coffee down by the lobby in morning when I told staff i didn’t have brew basket.

Couldn't walk on carpet, felt sticky. No cable, called front desk twice with no answer. Waled to front desk to tell them TV didn't work, he said he would send someone, never did. On positive note, beds were comfortable and blankets were great, slept wonderful.

The rooms were terrifying ...we were first put in a room that was insanley dirty then moved to another room with no locking door floors covered in food and other substances the shower not being finished and all of the fixtures including the paintings and light fixtures on the walls were all broken and destroyed...when we asked to cancel the room the front desk agent stated they did while leaving our reservation active. Do not stay here unless you want to be trafficked there are people posted up in front of and next to all the rooms and the staff seems to encourage their presence.

All I can really say is, go look at your room before you book. It really is worth paying the extra extra for a hotel with a better rating. The people working were very friendly and helpful. But there was a lot of trash in the area and some questionable characters.

This was a horrible experience, not only using Expedia but booking a room with this facility. There are homeless people around the vicinity and they were living out of their car. Our room was filthy and it had a foul order. Nobody answered the receptionist desk. I was unable to get a refund through Expedia. We did not stay there even though I booked our room for two days we drove 300 miles to Arizona to have a horrible experience. Expedia did not help stating that they were unable to reach the receptionist. I wanna make sure that all your customers do not stay at this hotel.!!!!!

The ac wasn't working properly Was told that the pool and hot tub were available which it was not the whole time there was no ice machine that outlets in the bathroom did not work change rooms the second day to the room with a properly working AC however the lights in the bathroom did not work the TV did not work and still the pool and the hot tub we're not available which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had while traveling. This was probably once a beautiful place with an amazing pool, beautiful breakfast area and meeting rooms in the huge lobby, but now it's should be closed down. Staff was rude and unhelpful, understandably so because the typical customers that stay are rough. I didn't feel safe at any time we were there, but we couldn't get a refund and we were traveling with limited funds. If we could've left, we would have. The police were there almost daily. Trash everywhere because people were digging in the pails and tossing it all over. Broken glass on the stairs for 3 days with a caution sign near it before staff cleaned it up. We finally left a day early because we had a man walking 2 huge dogs dragging him towards us while walking. It wasn't safe at all. they refused a refund. This place should be closed down!!!
