Largest Remodeled 2 bd+ 2 bath+ Loft Overlooking Pool, Gated, Tennis, Pickleball

One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.

The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Fabulous Phoenix Stay!

My friend/coworker and I traveled to Phoenix for our annual educational conference and stayed in this beautiful 2- story condo. The condo was comfortable (despite the 110 degree outside temperatures), well-furnished, clean, & in an ideal location for us to travel back & forth to the convention center. It was conveniently located near restaurants & groceries. We loved the pool, too! Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided a quick resolution to our needs. Perfect location and very comfortable stay!

My husband and I love this complex because it's so convenient in its location to North Mountain for hiking and restaurants, as well as the tennis court/pickleball court on site. This VRBO was equipped with everything we could possible need! The beds were very comfortable, towels were very plush and the condo was beautiful and clean. In just a few steps was a wonderful pool and hot tub for our use. We wished we had more time to stay! We will definitely want to stay here again for our next trip to Phoenix, AZ.

Great stay!

We had a fun vacation! The place was clean and the pool was great. There were lots of things provided that we were able to use, like tennis rackets and a pool float. There was a mixup at check-in but it was resolved quickly. The neighborhood is probably the only real con but because it’s in a gated community, it wasn’t a big problem.

Centrally Located and perfect

This condo is centrally located to enjoy the entire Phoenix area. 5 mins from the 51 Hwy get you anywhere you need to go. Close to wonderful local restaurants, Close to beautiful hiking trails, we took advantage the proximity to North Mountrain. The Condo was perfect size for our requirements. It was Clean and well equipped. TV's in evry room. Steps from the pool area. All in all fantastic. Lastly Tracy our host was accomindating and communicative through our entire stay.

Nice Condo

The air conditioner did a decent job of keeping condo cool to 74 degrees. Very quiet location with designated parking place. The condo was over 90 degrees when we arrived and took all night to cool the place down. There is one restaurant “Scramble” which was about a mile away otherwise everything else was 10-15” drive. Little Miss BBQ great place to eat! Hot tub was not operating and pool at times looked like it needed to be cleaned. Clean BBQ at poolside which was very nice to grill on. We only used half of the condo on the first level but there is a king size bed/bathroom and daybed on second level. Numerous stairs to get to the condo and impossible to find without the help of the kind local contact person. She was very helpful in showing us where the condo was and gave us a brief orientation to the place. The laminate floor needs to be cleaned but other than that it appears to be taken care of.

We came to Phoenix for a family wedding and enjoyed this property and unit. Tracy is phenomenal! When we landed in Phoenix she had sent me an email letting me know the pools were going to be closed the next due and refunded 1 night stay. That was very gracious of her and continued to provide feedback as to when they would be open. This unit has everything, spices, toiletries, etc. if you forget something, wait to buy it because it’s probably already at the unit. Pools were nice and it is a gated community as well so we felt very safe.

From the moment we checked in and communicated with Tracy our stay went by without any problems. The condo had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. The unit was very comfortable, right from our morning coffee overlooking the pool, the time spent at the pool and even relaxing in the evening which made every aspect of our stay enjoyable. The beautiful condo has all the comforts of home. We loved the two story floor plan and the view overlooking the pool. The condo is pristine clean and very comfortable. The complex is attractive quiet. We enjoyed the location near North Mountain and the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Very scenic! The condo is centrally located relative to many Phoenix attractions. Sunshine and Action

Tracy‘s place is absolutely fantastic. All of our needs were provided for… From linens, to kitchen wear, to pickle ball and tennis rackets! A crib for the baby and lots of towels and sheets as needed. Very comfortable. we were able to have our son and daughter and their baby stay in separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs while we had our own bed and bathroom downstairs on main floor. Pool was in front of condo and tennis rackets and pickle ball courts a short distance away. Lots of places to walk in the neighborhood and enjoy the beauty of Arizona in February.
