Winter 2025 in AZ

We found the property clean and comfortable, but dishes and some of the silverware were sparse. The property and pool were well maintained. We felt that the association itself had several projects scheduled which did make it a bit inconvenient. Great location with lots of dining close by.

The unit was not furnished with decent dishes. The few that were there were plastic with the exception of 4 glass plates. Rusty shower curtain rod. The carpet is stained , it needs to be replaced. It sounded like they were dropping bowling balls in the unit above us. The unit is not anywhere close to luxury.
