Great property for our family

We had a great time staying in this VRBO. Had all the necessities, cute back yard area, great location, comfortable beds to name a few. It was much more than we expected and made our trip that much more enjoyable.

Exceptional property

We have stayed in many, many VRBOs over the years and this was one of the best! Super clean, convenient location and with all kinds of "extra" touches (snacks, bathrobes, luggage racks, etc.) that made our experience even better. Communication with the property manager was easy. The Evolve rentals are nice because you get the address and check-in details right away so you can plan the rest of your trip. Would easily stay again.

Wonderful stay!

Beautifully-updated home with well-supplied kitchen. Linens were nicer than what we have at home! Very soft and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our 2yo to run around and explore. The place looks just like the pictures. They also had some thoughtful touches like bottled water in the fridge already, and numerous snacks. We had a minor plumbing issue while we were there and they got someone over right away to address it. There were huge TVs in almost every room, which our kiddo loved. Very very thoughtful management and owners! We will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Perfect Home to Rent!

This Modern Scottsdale Arizona home is a fantastic rental in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. The interior is both attractive and functional. The kitchen, bathrooms, dining room, living room, bar area, laundry room and bedrooms were all beautifully remodeled. The backyard is a great place to relax in or share a meal. It is lovely. I highly recommend this rental.

Spring training getaway

We traveled to Scottsdale with our family (myself, husband, and 17 and 21 yr old kids) to see a few spring training baseball games. This rental was just lovely. Check in was easy, the home well appointed, and was as clean as could be. There were even a few treats left by the owner (coffee, snacks, water bottles). The rental was very close to Sloan Park, Old Scottsdale, the Botanic Gardens, and Aquarium. Mechelle was wonderful to deal with and responded to questions almost immediately. We would definitely love to stay here again if we are in the area again.

Clean and nicely renovated

The Fairmount house was very comfortable and clean. It looks like it was recently renovated and was done very nicely. New appliances, big open kitchen and family area. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water. We had 6 adults so lots of showers! Quiet neighborhood and very close to all the major roadways. Nice location is not far from many attractions. We would highly recommend this house!

Excellent stay

This home was a favorite near Old Town Scottsdale. I’ve stayed in a few homes in the area when visiting. The interior was set up perfectly, beautifully decorated and the backyard was fantastic for morning and evening hang out. Beds super comfortable. All amenities you need to stay. The house is perfect!

I chose the house because it looked new and clean and perfect for our needs and everything was as pictured, if not better. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The backyard is especially nice for hanging out on a nice Scottsdale day. RedAwning, the management company, had given us their cell phone # and were very responsive when I needed help with the door lock (user error). It was nice to know they where so responsive if we needed anything. We would stay there again for sure!

Great Place To Stay

You will know you made a great decision the second you walk in the front door. The home is newly updated with TV's, bathrooms, appliances, and furniture. It also has a large size washer and dryer and an electric fireplace. The property was extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. The backyard is very private with outdoor lighting and has nice tables and chairs. The location is very close to Old Town and just 15 minutes from the airport. The property owner was extremely accessible. Overall, a great experience and much better than even an expensive hotel for a very reasonable cost.

So clean, great property!

Absolutely phenomenal visit. House is amazingly clean and well-furnished. Beds, kitchen, back yard, laundry, just WOW!! Communication with owner was fabulous. Located near several parks with bike/run/walk trails which made this stay perfect for quick access to staying active. Kitchen is really well stocked, far better than any VRBO we’ve visited. Would not change a thing!

If you’re looking for a pristine, relaxing, thoughtfully planned out home that’s conveniently located—this place is for you! The owner is attentive and anticipated everything we might need on our stay. We felt well-provided for. Meanwhile, the backyard is a desert oasis. The friendly birds chirping was my favorite. My husband enjoyed having an ample space to workout on the “grass.” The fruit tree is amazing. Our teens and tween loved this spot. It made for a great family movie night and home base for our Scottsdale adventures. We all highly recommend it!

Great place for my family

As a family of 5 this was the perfect place for our family's recent trip to celebrate Thanksgiving with my sister in nearby Paradise Valley. What a great place! It was clean, well equipped, and just a great place to call home for the next 5 nights. I highly recommend.

We use many rental sites and places, this house was exceptional. Pristine clean, super cute, fully outfitted with everything you could need. Beds and sheets heavenly soft. Plenty of pillows and towels. Back yard with string lights to enjoy the evening. Extra plugs and chargers in every room. Desks in every room. TV galore. I think it's one of the best spots we have ever stayed in. Hope we have the opportunity to return.
