Beautiful home in remote area. Jane, the owner was fabulous in making sure our stay was perfect. Fantastic floor plan for three generations to enjoy Arizona and time together. The house had everything you could want. We had a terrific time. Thanks Jane!

Family gathering

The home was amazing with beautiful views all around. The best attribute was by far the host. Jane was responsive, helpful, and went the extra mile to make our stay fantastic. I would highly recommend this property for a large group. Tons of space, beautiful views, multuiple bathrooms and a great backyard.

Best family Christmas ever!!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family. The layout of bedrooms, games/toys available, fully equipped kitchen, internet access, even remote access on fun driving road to get there!! One beeping smoke detector was handled immediately. My family was thrilled with the whole experience!!

Pool could have been cleaner . Drains in master bathroom drained very slow and couldn’t brush teeth without bowl trying to over flow. Over all the home was in a great area and area was Quiet.

FANTASTIC RENTAL WITH TONS OF SPACE AND PRIVACY

This rental is absolutely amazing. It has everything you will need and think of. The views are what makes this rental and the privacy from other homes around makes the whole rental. It was very clean. Evolve and the listing managers were extremely communicative. We had about 17 guests and everyone had so much room. Very spacious.

Gorgeous house but really far and bumpy roads

The house and views were totally gorgeous! The roads to get there were awful (meaning lots of hills, no lights at night and about 2 miles of bumpy dirt road for our very expensive cars to drive down) and it was really really far from anything local to do. If you are looking for a getaway to hike or stay at the house it was great however. We did alot of things that were too far from this location.

AMAZING Desert Villa Stay

Our group of 13 girls had the most amazing time here. The villa is absolutely spectacular. The views are unreal; it was the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in! It came with everything we could possibly need. You are surrounded by mountains and gorgeous views. The owner checked in with us at one point and was so sweet and caring. The drive to the house is a dirt road (getting an uber is tough but not impossible) - it was not a problem for us because we rented a truck for the weekend, and it was so much fun and made driving through the desert a breeze & enjoyable. Honestly, one of our favorite parts was the drive to the house. Granite Mtn Loop trail was the perfect hike for our group and the views are stunning. We would absolutely LOVE to go back and visit one day. Already miss it!Tip- rent the pickup truck, you won't regret it!

Wonderful Christmas in the Desert

Our extended family stayed in the Rio Verde Foothills over Christmas. We had four families with kids ranging from 4 to 19 and had plenty of room to be together but not be on top of each other. Every room had an amazing view. The sunrise off the back porch was breathtaking. You could easily leave the house and find a trail in the McDowell Preserve (Barb’s trail is closest). The porch and backyard were beautiful and great for the kids. The Blackstone and Grill made cooking for the large group easy. The owner was always accessible and helpful. The only slight downside is that you are about 30 minutes from the grocery, Cave Creek, etc. But it wasn’t really an issue - just something you have to accommodate. We would highly recommend this desert escape!
