Wow! Such a great location!

The neighborhood is located in Sun City. It's a very quiet area and residents are 55+. Guests should also be 55+. It has beautiful views and is very easy to get around while being close to Grand Ave and the 101.

Enjoy a quiet getaway and enjoy the wonderful Arizona weather. Inside or out, you'll love how beautifully this home has been remodeled and find that it's the perfect place for your next trip!

Great time in Sun City
This property was just as described. We had everything needed to enjoy a month in Arizona. Neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly and helpful. Would have liked to have the house rules accessible, in the house, without having to go on-line to read them. Other than that, had a enjoyable stay and would come back again.

Horrible beds- stained mattress-old dishwasher- incomplete set of old dishes- some chipped/- dining room chairs wobbly so we had to fix them all. Furniture very old and worn. We left a day early because we could not stand to sleep in the bed another night.

Great For An Extended Visit
We came to Sun City to be near family members and to enjoy the beauty of the desert for a month. The house is comfortable, well equipped and nicely located. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and evening meals on the shaded patio in the back. The golf course view and mountain background offered amazing sunsets! Check-in and check-out was easy.
