Nestled in the heart of McCormick Ranch in Scottsdale, this delightful 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has everything you need, including all appliances. Covered parking is directly in front of this 2nd-floor unit for convenience. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee in the warm sunshine or spend an evening with a glass of wine on the spacious patio with mountain views. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and is ensuite to the bathroom. An air mattress is available for the second bedroom. The heated pool and spa are just steps away and pickle ball and tennis courts are available within the community. Experience what Scottsdale has to offer with a stay at our marvelous condo. You are minutes away from Golf, Westworld, Baseball Spring Training, Top Golf, Butterfly Wonderland, Odyssey Aquarium, fabulous restaurants, Honor Health Hospital, and the Mayo Clinic. Also, centrally located for shopping in Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall, Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale Quarter. Conveniently located to the 101 Freeway with easy access to the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

Great Rental Experience!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very spacious! The unit was extremely well stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on balcony having our coffee and watching the hummingbirds. The location was ideal within the complex as it was close to the pool, which we used almost every day. Also central within the city as we visited many sites during our month long visit. Communication with Pam was also excellent. We highly recommend Pam and her condo. We had a great rental experience.
