The house/property is beautiful and we had a wonderful experience! It rained/stormed for a large majority of the time we there, which could have been a bummer, but the house was so spacious and comfy that everyone had a great time regardless. The backyard is stunning - our friends are still talking about it.

Decent place, No customer Service.

This place was a good stay in a nice neighborhood. However, it isn't worth the price we paid for it. They make the pool heating process complicated and wanted 350 per day to heat it. You also couldn't choose which days you wanted it heated because the "pool guys don't work on the weekends". In fact neither did their customer service. They literally tell you via platform and signs in the house that there is no customer service available from Friday at 5pm until Monday morning at 8am. I'm not sure how they can get away with this being in the hospitality business myself.

Fun experience

This rental was a lot of fun. Very close to Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe. The amenities were wonderful. It would’ve received a full 5 out 5 rating if it weren’t for the dead roaches in 4 different areas inside the house, and a ripped lounge chair.

Buddy’s Golf Trip

8 of us. 20-30 mins from almost everything including the airport and golf courses. Host stocked the house based on our list with a pre-pay. Too cold for pool but hot tub was used. Great outdoor patio space w/tv and fireplace.

Amazing house

We booked this house and the one next door to house nonprofit staff and board for a working retreat. Everything was perfect! Plenty of space for each person to have their own time and plenty of options for group work. Having everyone nearby saved time and money for our org. Thank you for a great place to continue our work and team building!

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

The property is stunning and in a really nice neighborhood! There is tons of space for large groups, and so many entertainment areas to play games between the front and backyard! Robin was very easy to work with & made the experience excellent for our annual group trip! The house was spotless as well! The pool did not disappoint, it was amazing & so relaxing! Thank you Robin for allowing us to stay at your property, it was perfect!

Just “okay”

While the location was good, we found the pictures didn’t match the actual value for the dollar. Prepaid for pool & sauna heat - but wasn’t turned on when we arrived and had to wait 48 hours before they were warm enough to use. Some of the furniture could use updating. Beds were comfy. Would definitely rent the property again if the price matched the listing. By no means was the house terrible, but for the price paid, we all expected a little more.

Nice Spot For a Group

Rented this property for a weekend with a group of guys. Location is quiet and it's a large house that is set up for friends with lots of indoor and outdoor activities. Host was very quick to respond on a couple of issues and thr kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Great Owners, But Property Not In Great Condition

First, the property owners are phenomenal with communication during the process and were very responsive. There is plenty of space inside to host, and the pool is the center-point of the property. While the property worked for what we needed, the overall condition of the property was not what we expected, and would most likely be best suited for non-executive-level stays. Starting with the description as "Paradise Valley Village", please note that this is not in nor close to Scottsdale's Paradise Village. With that said, the courtyard has a great feel, but the mini-ping pong table is weathered and warping. Inside, the recliners are worn and the headrests are tattered. TV cords are hanging from the TV consoles, and every TV except the main TV was not functional despite multiple attempts to work with the property manager. The pool table is old with only one full size pool cue that had a broken tip. The kitchen was a great size, but the fridge had multiple broken shelves along with mismatched tile. The chairs to the round kitchen table had drywall screws used to hold them together and were falling apart. Outside, the cornhole boards were missing a bag (not a huge deal). And, while the pool was gorgeous, the pool service dumped in exorbitant amounts of chlorine during one of our days there and told us that we couldn't use the pool for 2-4 hours. The house looks and feels like a typical flip property with deferred maintenance now creeping in. Again, the property worked for what we needed, the owners are great with their level of communication, but the condition of the property needs to be addressed for it to earn a 5 star review.

This home was the perfect layout for our group of friends. All bedrooms flank the large kitchen/foyer/living room. The backyard and front yards have fun activities and space for many people to hang out. Would 100% recommend this property!

Great house for a gathering!

This house was perfect for a group of 14 adults for a bachelor party. The rooms and beds were clean and there was plenty of room. The amenities were great for activities such as the pool, volleyball and basketball.

Girl's weekend getaway

The waterfall pool on this property was the amazing feature for our group. We had a fabulous time floating around it after turning noodles into pool chairs. This house easily slept nine women in really comfortable beds and allowed us to dine in or on the patio as well. Spacious and comfortable.

Memorial Day Weekend Paradise

This house was perfect. We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of room for us all. The house was very clean and the owners were great to work with. The pool was great for the hot heat and the kitchen was stocked with with utensils, pots, pans, cups and plates. I highly recommend!

Cockroaches Cockroaches!

The property owner double booked our stay. This was after the fact we paid and had email confirmation. The owner Robin did accommodate us with another property but was more then original reservation. No discount was offered, and were told the nightly rate was already reduced... ok. We are reasonable people and understand mistakes get made. Extremely stressful when accommodations are very slim especially for 11 grown men at the height of golf season. Upon check in we noticed the property was a little unkempt a "beerpong table" was located in the middle of entry way and the property had overflowing trash cans outside which were supposed to be emptied on Tuesdays, we checked in Wednesday night. Upon further inspection were 2 dead cockroaches on one of the bathrooms floor. So at this point we had checked in and had no communication with the property owner nor did we call to complain because it was way to late. Next morning I received a text message form a nice lady Veronica who asked how we are doing and if there were any issues with check in. We explained our concerns nicely and she said she would send a cleaning crew that day to tidy up while we are away from the house playing golf. At that point, we pointed out small flaws with the property such as broke towel racks, broke drawers, holes in doors and a clogged drain, so we wouldn't be held liable for any damage which was clearly caused by the previous guests before us. Things get really interesting from here. Instead of the property owner reaching out to us and apologizing for the condition of the house, her reply was harping on how many guests we had in the home and her exact words regarding the cockroaches "Cockroaches are very normal for Arizona and they come in the house to die" can you imagine such a response! Robin goes on to tell us that the property was to messy for the cleaning crew to clean and called us "Disgusting" (cleaning crew came and took pictures then sent to Robin). Keep in mind 11 men came from 6 hour flights the night before and had to order pizzas super late night just to eat something.. Again, no where to put the trash. Back yard was an absolute joke. The pool is cold, uninviting and enjoyable. Not one guest went in. Hot tub was broke. Day 2, live cockroaches in house. Day 4, cockroaches in the laundry machine. We stopped communication with Robin after her response and we left the house cleaner then we found it! (slumlord comes to mind) Never again!
