As expected the hotel was very outdated. I think they should consider deep cleaning the room. it was dusty and trash behind the nightstands and desk. Breakfast was in such a small space everyone was on top of each other once a family of 8 came in. The “business” center didn’t have chairs. also very dusty. overall it was not horrible. it was suitable for a quick trip i took. staff was good.

Booked this hotel online, but when we arrived to check in, the place was old and run down. My wife definitely wasn’t happy about spending two nights there, so we ended up leaving and finding another hotel. The front desk understood and refunded our deposit. Guess you really do get what you pay for.

For the price, we will stay here whenever we fly through PhX. The shuttle comes to pick up right away at the airport. The staff is very nice, the pool is clean. Beds are comfy. My kids love the “vintage” shower. If you are looking for luxury, keep looking. If you want a clean place to crash in between flights, this spot is great.

The room was disgusting. Reviews on Expedia were inaccurate. Walked in and someone hadn’t flushed the toilet. The room wreaked of air freshener and had a musty smell. The wall on other side of bathroom showed signs of water damage which is where the musty smell most likely came from. Basically walked in and said NOPE and walked right back out and booked a new room outside of Expedia at the Marriott across the street for triple the price. I do not trust Expedia reviews after that experience. Disgusting. Another Expedia member checking in before me also said nope and requested to cancel her stay. Gross

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were especially helpful. My flight out was late in the day; they gave me a free late checkout, and stored my bags until it was time to get the airport shuttle. Would stay there again in a similar circumstance.

I think the bad reviews are from people with high expectations. The bed was comfortable, the tv worked, the shower worked. Overall a good place to stay if you need to get out early to the airport.

I liked how close the property was to PHX and the price. I got a room on the third floor, and upon trying my key in the door, found out the room was already occupied! Never had that happen before, and thankfully the next room I was set up with was unoccupied. It was however, not the cleanest room I’ve stayed in - I’m not sure it had been vacuumed, or wiped down, etc.. I won’t be back.
