The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I requested early check- in and they texted me when the room was available. The room was spacious with a kitchenette and tv room area separate from the bedroom. The bed could have been more comfortable and they definitely need to update their pillows. The rooms were very clean. You have to request room service if needed for cleaning but the front desk has everything you need. The pool was in the center of all the rooms and was nice. The area around the hotel was walkable. There was a nice family diner across the street that’s open for breakfast and lunch. A grocery store was right down the road as well for cooking in your room. Staff was always friendly.

Had to have someone come clean our bathroom because of the hair and possible blood on the back of the bathroom door. Got in late Friday night and didn’t have any sheets, blanket, or pillow to make the couch for our kid and had to ask twice on Saturday but other than that it was a great stay.

Didn’t look anything like the pictures. No comfortable chair. The staff was outstanding. It was clean. The air conditioning worked. What bothered me was you could see light from outside in gaps all around the door. It would be easy for someone to break into the room. I pushed the kitchen table in front of the door so I could sleep.

The room was quite large, separate sleeping area & living area with kitchenette & in room laundry. Everything was clean. Pool area looked nice, but we didn’t really use on this trip. Loved the free snacks! Location was very convenient with short drives to downtown Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale & the airport. Would stay here again. If you can’t do stairs, I would suggest requesting a first floor room. My only “complaint” was that the fridge door swung open from the wall making it awkward to access.

We really enjoyed staying at this location for many reasons. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic. The location of this hotel is great. We were only 20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. The rec room was a lot of fun as well.

The swimming pool is not heated and it’s really really cold. The staff was great the people who clean your rooms were wonderful and so friendly! They do an excellent job cleaning the rooms!

Great stay overall. I was there for four nights and five days and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The pool area was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and the hot tub was perfect with warm water and strong jets. It was a really peaceful spot to unwind after a long day. The staff made the stay even better. Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate me with both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made a big difference with my travel schedule. If I’m back in the Tempe area, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and even included a full kitchen. The staff was very friendly, the pool area was a nice relaxing spot to hang out, and they have a small gym. There is no breakfast but they have a lot of free snacks and drinks.
