「We were very very disappointed when check in , we booked one the apartment 3 bedrooms sea view & fireworks, but They want to give us 3 bedrooms different level no view at all , we rejected it then we had the problem too much problem communicated with owner ,5 hours couldn’t check in because she didn’t know ENGLISH at all , she took the email from Expedia then translated it in Vietnamese languages , wasn’t exactly that the booking, finally after 5 hours fighting then she gave us the apartment 3...

「Property location was far from posting. Inaccurate pictures on posting. Deceptive practices to obtain renters. Property management company goes through many persons- transfer of customers annoying. Communication through many people of multiple levels. No hand soap, no hand towels. Newer location- some grab and buggy drivers unfamiliar with location.」

「Unfortunately, our stay was not very pleasant. The noise from the neighboring room and the room above made it impossible for us to sleep well. The soundproofing is really poor, and noise from the hallway and common areas can be clearly heard inside the room.」

Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. 」

「Here what I didn’t like as follows: The room I received did not match the room description on Expedia. * The front desk said they only received a reservation for two king beds, even though your Expedia confirmation showed two king beds, two twin beds, and a sofa for the two rooms. * The staff argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. * Although they eventually provided another room, it wasn’t the room category i paid for because it lacked the balcony and beach view i...
