The Pullman is a lovely resort. The two ocean view room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were comprehensive. Lotions, shampoo, conditioner, shaving supplies, toothbrushes etc. Plenty of bottled water. Daily cleaning. In-room safe, slippers and dressing gowns. The water heater wasn’t doing its job one evening, which was frustrating, but right before dinner when maybe a lot of people were using it. We visited the spa and it was great having the evening special 40% off treatments. We had scrubs, sun massages and steam room treatments. Excellent. We used the gym which was well equipped, and also visited the lounge for some light snacks. The pool is great. It has multiple alcoves so it doesn’t seem crowded and there’s plenty of places to sit and find shelter. The pool bar was a great place to hang out. If you have small children, this is a wonderful resort. It has 2 separate splash zone areas away from the deep water and bar. One with dancing fountain and one with soft ground and other fun activities. These areas are on the way to the beach. The Pullman has a stunning beach area with lifeguard. Nearby is the beachside restaurant with some delicious local dishes and DJ spinning some techno beats my son enjoyed. There’s one-for-one after 7pm. Beach swing for photos and a couple of over-grass hammocks. The star of the Pullman is the breakfast buffet. I ate my weight in fresh mango and fresh pastries, but it also has a sizable hot asian and western menu. Well worth the add-on.

We stayed three nights at the Pullman. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was quick and pleasant, and we were offered a refreshing welcome drink. The room itself was excellent. That said, we would have preferred a better door with stronger sound insulation—the corridor noise was quite noticeable and the door let in a lot of sound. Breakfast was good, and the staff were fast and efficient. We can warmly recommend the Pullman if you’re visiting Phu Quoc.

Clean room, good amenities, friendly staff. Busy but Didn’t feel over crowded. Had a few hiccups in the beginning but staff was quick to address during our stay which was very much appreciated. Also shout out to young gentleman who works at the airport Pullman desk (unfortunately didn’t get his name - he was there on our arrival & departure. went above & beyond to ensure we had a smooth departure, thank you so much!)

Amazing, loved every moment of my stay. Great room, superb amenities, pool was great and even better just a minute walk to the beautiful beach. Restaurants were good, the staff were all great and the weather superb!
