Worst location ever

We sincerely advice not to book this location. From the pictures it looked very nice, also first contact to landlord was acceptable. But then the issues started. Due to lack of hygiene in the house there have been big black insects everywhere: in our beds, in the clothes, on the floor - everywhere - as of day 1. on day 2, due to burst pipe, the wäre was everywhere. We had to move out immediately. The landlord was totally rude, not supportive and currently still refuses to compensate us finacially. All evidence videos and photos have been Shared w the Platform.

Kleines Paradies in einem Naturschutzgebiet

Schönes altes Haus, mit Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen auch im Hochsommer gut auszuhalten. Die Lage ist ein Traum (allerdings ca. 15-20 Min zum nächsten Supermarkt mit dem Auto). Man kommt von dort schnell nach Bologna und in der Umgebung gibt es neben wunderbarer Natur auch schöne und gute Restaurants. Man ist dort ganz für sich und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und entspannt und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Toller Urlaub, klare Empfehlung!
