"At first, I was a bit worried after reading some negative reviews about ant infestations, cleanliness, and the balcony view. However, everything was amazing. We stayed in the Mosaica apartment, which was very clean, and there was no bad smell in the bathroom—so we didn’t experience any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. The balcony was beautiful, with lovely cactuses and a great view of the city—spacious and very enjoyable. The apartment itself was also beautiful, bright, and filled with natural light, with large windows opening to the terrace. We had everything we needed, including an iron and a hair dryer."

"1) Walking down the path from the street to the hotel, the garbage bin area is filthy/smelly and you have to walk right past it. A small fence or something to hide it would help the impression of the hotel 2) Our room was very nice, but there was a constant sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom. That smell tarnished all the nice aspects of the room 3) On a positive note, the breakfast was wonderful, and we also had a lovely dinner in the dining room"

"This was an ideal rental in a very convenient location in a beautiful city. It was very clean and well-equipped with a beautiful view from the expansive roof terrace. The hosts were extremely accommodating, kind and responsive. While we were not affected, it should be noted that there are some steep stairs that might not be suitable for older or physically challenged people. That said I would highly recommend this house for an authentic Ostuni experience "

"Free and secure parking was available. Breakfast was quite adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent; it was within walking distance of the city center. We left the car at the hotel and explored everywhere on foot. We didn't have much time, so we didn't get a chance to experience the spa and pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
