「Amazing location in the heart of Palermo city. It is not a modern hotel but a well kept traditional property - but it does have a lift! Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with working AC. Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. Parking onsite is free - you do have to drive into the pedestrian zone but it’s very close to the top of the street so you don’t have to drive far. Would recommend for...

「Our stay was excellent. Our host met us upon arrival and showed us to our room. The check in process was very smooth and our host was very responsive on WhatsApp throughout our whole stay and answered any questions we had. The room was exactly as advertised. Bed was comfortable and shower had hot and cold water, the pressure was also good. Room was very clean and serviced every day. 「The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers 」
