  • The charming Villa Pican is located in a quiet rural neighbourhood of the old town of Pian. The villa was built in the traditional Istrian style and is located on the top of the hill with a beautiful view of the mountains. Villa Pican offers a unique experience and a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

    It is ideal for families or friends travelling together. At your disposal are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna.

    As Villa Pican is surrounded by woods, it offers complete privacy and a stress-free environment.

    In the beautiful garden, you can relax by the pool, indulge in the outdoor jacuzzi or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue for your family members or friends.

    There is a fenced forest on the property with 2 geese and 26 deer that can be fed - a unique experience!

Villa Pican offers peace and privacy far away from the hustle and bustle and tourist crowds and yet the famous Istrian destinations of Pula (60 km), Rovinj (45 km) and Porec (45 km) are within easy reach.
