"The hotel put us in room 1002. Check in was fine, and the evening was fine, but the next morning, the sun shined into our window, so I wanted to turn on the A/C. Nope! The manager said that part of the hotel does not have A/C. None of the rooms in that section of the hotel have A/C. I was very upset! The best they could do is provide a portable fan. Unacceptable! That same morning we were scheduled to check out, so of course I was not about to change rooms. The hotel should have told us that those rooms in that part of the hotel did NOT have A/C. They did not offer anything (free breakfast or free drinks) as a compensation. Poor judgement on their part!"
