"recently had a lovely stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Derby, and I honestly can’t praise it enough ✨ From the moment I arrived, everything just felt right – comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and a great location right in the heart of the city. It was the perfect base to relax and unwind after a busy day. Lonely Traveler Productions thought it was absolutely brilliant – a truly marvellous place to stay and one we’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Derby. "I had a great stay at The Stay Company Friar Gate in Derby. The location was excellent—easy to find, with clear instructions for accessing the accommodation. There were plenty of amenities nearby, including local shopping and a good selection of restaurants. The access routes were convenient, making travel simple. The accommodation itself was ideal for a couple. It was smartly fitted, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every aspect was thoughtfully covered. If I were to suggest improvements, they would be minor and more personal preference: a king-size bed would have made the experience even better, and perhaps a slightly larger sofa for added comfort. However, I understand these are limited by the size of the property. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."

"The staff were so courteous and warm. Very helpful Sky in reception and Vanessa was excellent in the lounge in the evening. Despite a very large booking being expected they couldn’t do enough to ensure we were able to eat before going out for the evening. The servers too were warm and friendly and you actually felt like they cared about you and your stay. "

"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city centre and late ones back. I would stay here again, despite the negativees about the TV not working during my one night stay and having to park on gravel because all the proper parking spaces were taken. "

"Excellent property, modern, clean. Feels safe, easy comms, easy to get keys. Really warm, good kitchen, only minor point is shower lacks power in onsuite but didn’t try the other bathroom! Lots of cooking utensils, and clean baking trays which is a must. Returning. "
