“Parking space is not enough. We’re lucky that the council parking in the opposite side of the street is free on Saturday night, so we can get a space. Table top, shelf and hook for hanging clothes or bag in the guest room is not enough too. Staffs are so nice and helpful, but the hygiene of restaurants tables and chairs need improvement. ”

“We stay here when we visit family and always chose the spa bath rooms, we love the room and it’s clean, warm, well equipped and very comfortable. The only negative we found this time was the room has started to look in need of a refresh. The walls are marked, there was damage to the mirror, canvas, frame on bathroom window. This is no reflection on the hotel it’s clearly been disrespectful customers but it does spoil the room a little as it’s always been immaculate. We will still be back as……

“Very pleasant hotel with nice staff and all facilities you could expect. The room was perfect, except impossibility to open window for a little fresh air inside the room (air conditioning available though). Parking is big enough to park your car safely next to the hotel. City center and docks are easy to reach by walk (we recommend the docks museum, very interesting and free admission). Huge Tesco and other food corners around the hotel. ”

“From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. “The accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed, eg tea, coffee and milk provided. Bathroom was well equipped with a lovely big shower. “Very eastern Eurpeen feel to flatt 1 witch ware i stayed for 3 nights. I did notice flat one needs work bit never complained anx for reson is because it convient and someware pit head down and it funtional witch all was bothered abt, i cooked allot and cleaned around at back of myself.
