This was a very nice VRBO. Very clean, safe area, very close to lots of attractions yet you still feel like you are away in the mountains. We loved the patio views. Kids loved the pool.We would recommend buying more silverware!

Condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom for the family. Good location far enough from the strip to not hear traffic, but with great views. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, furnace worked without issue.

Very Nice Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great since it is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. It was very quiet and the views from the balcony were really nice since it is on the top floor, on top of a hill. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area, and would recommend it to others.

We really enjoyed our stay . The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.it also had a great balcony for enjoying time with our family. We had a little trouble with the code to get in , but the host was very quick to respond and take care of everything. We felt the location couldn’t be better,because it was easy to get around to everything we wanted to see and do. We would gladly stay there again when visiting that area.

This place is on the top floor. Great view towards the west! Very clean, appliances worked well. The beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms. I would say some of the most comfortable that I have slept on in a VRBO. Easy communication and overall pleasure. Thanks!

The room was nice. We didn’t have a blanket for the foldout couch, linens only and there is some black stuff around the vents in the kitchen and bathroom. Looked to be really dark dust or mold.

The property is very neat and clean. The location is excellent. Easy to get to. The grounds are very well kept. The overall facility is very nice. We all lived the deck and spent a lot of time viewing the mountains. The electronic door lock did not work and we had to use the key to come and go. We reported the fireplace did not work but it was never corrected. Over all we loved the place and plan to stay again in the near future

The stay was absolutely perfect I booked it for Valentine’s day with my wife. It was even better than the pictures. The view off the balcony was so beautiful. The jetted soaking tub was definitely enjoyed. The shower and water pressure are great and it gets super hot. Both rooms have ceiling fans which is nice. And it wasn’t too far from Gatlinburg. If you stay here I definitely recommend you go to crockett’s breakfast camp one morning the food is delicious. I would definitely recommend you stay here you won’t regret it. The only downside I would say is the jets in the hot tub didn’t work

Wonderful time spent in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The condo overall was nice but needed a good cleaning in master bathroom, bedroom and living area curtains were needing help, kitchen furnishings needed updating and new pillows would be nice. *masterbath shower needed a good cleaning and well as inside and outside of jet tub (did not work). Right side of sinks had a faucet issue. Beautiful views, comfortable beds and nice quiet facility. A little TLC would go a long way. Overall had a wonderful time.

Great location condo

Nice 2 bed condo with beautiful views of Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed staying off the main road. The Christmas tree added a nice touch. However, I will say that the property felt like a rental (to include the overall condo premises) and is in need of some basic cleaning, cosmetic upgrades, and new equipment/furniture to get it back to an exceptional level. One of the main reasons for booking this place was because it had a pool with a hot tub (personal vs community was no biggie), had a game room, and what was believed to have a functional sofa bed. The pool and hot tub were ice cold. Other renters here called property management to fix the hot tub, which was unsuccessful during our stay. This is a big deal for my family because the property was listed with a hot tub but we never got to experience that. Properties with hot tubs usually come at a higher cost. Next, is the game room. The 2 pieces of equipment in there are broken and in need of some major upgrades. As for the sofa bed, it is broken and in need of repair or replacement. Also, there is no bed sheets for the sofa bed or pillow cases for the extra pillows. I understand this is something renters could bring, but these are the extra touches IMO that sets rental properties apart from being 3 or 4 vs 5 stars. Other notable fixes/damages noticed; kitchen countertop corner is broken, living room chair has a corner rip, laminate flooring is damaged, and bathroom towel bar falls off. Also, under the sofa should be cleaned!
