Should have gotten a simple call back

Whoever controls checkin process with this company’s needs to know their system isn’t infallible!!! Checking info that was suppose to open in order to read their checking process, would not show the info. Attempted to tell the contact person this but all they could do was talk down to me only through a texting, as if I was stupid for not seeing the information on their checking website!!! A simple call which I ask for a call back could have been nice!!

Have stayed at this complex several years back. Great location. This unit was excellent !! Very well maintained. Here for our 33rd anniversary. Would highly recommend this unit or any other unit at this location.
