The place is in an excellent location, convenient to the Parkway, but also very quiet. The condo was very clean, comfy beds, and had a great area outside to walk, swing, picnic, or swim, play volleyball or corn hole. The only reason I gave it an overall 4 is because we only received check in/ out instructions from Vbro, not the host. Also I had communicated that it was my husband’s birthday, and our friends 50 th wedding anniversary. Nothing was done to acknowledge those special events by the host. That was a disappointment. Overall, I would stay again.

close to everything, easy check in, could us a little sprucing up.We are a family of chefs, the ability to cook extensive meals was limited, even eating utensils were limited.

Overall, everything was great. We loved the location, the condo, and the pool! A few things I felt could be improved, some of the wash cloths were stained a dark color, and the bath mats did not appear clean. The jacuzzi tub sprayed water EVERYWHERE when we tried to turn it on, which just meant we didn’t use the jets anymore!

Billy's Mountain Blessings - Fabulous place

This property is perfectly situated in Pigeon Forge. It is very close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The description of the property is accurate and the owners are easy to work with. It is clean and has everything one needs ... especially the dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit. The granddaughters took advantage of the pool(s), play ground and basketball court. It is in a safe location with beautiful views. My husband and I will be back to visit in the future. We had a great time and made wonderful memories with the granddaughters.

Very spacious, perfect size for my husband and I with our 3 year old. Playground and pool house were close (short walk away)! The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Bummer. But we were happy with the location and the property itself. Would stay here again. The only complaint we had was that we had to wear shoes inside the property because after an hour upon arrival we noticed with bare feet, that our soles were turning black! Would maybe suggest deep cleaning floors between tenants instead of swiffering. We didn’t have a need to communicate with property owners so I wasn’t sure how to rate that one. Thanks!

Enjoyable Vacation

The location of this property and the layout of the condo was perfect for our group of 4. We really appreciated seeing the floorplan in the pictures. The balcony overlooked a grassy area and trees. It was a peaceful place to sit and listen to the birds sing. The condo was clean, although the bedding could use a little bit of updating. Be aware that the couch is not a sofa bed, but it does have a recliner on each end. The owners were quick to respond to my messages. Thank you for your hospitality!

Week away

Great location. Easy check in process. Elevator only went down once but maintaince fixed that fairly quickly. The bed in one of the rooms was extremely high and difficult to get into. Need to provide a set of steps. Also ceiling fan made horrible noise on low so unable to use it.

Close to everything

Great location at the end of the strip. 2 miles from plenty of breakfast and dinner spots as well as the NASCAR go kart park, and downtown flavortown. Loved hitting Dunkin right there every morning. Never really had to fight traffic cause of location. Room was definitely beat up and needed updating, but overall clean. Heated indoor pool to 95 degrees which was nice on the 50 degree days.

Great location, does not sleep 6

Overall location and cleanliness was great. Listing stated that there was a sofa bed, so could sleep 6. When we arrived, there was no sofa bed at all, just recliners and a recliner couch. We messaged the host, who offered an air mattress instead. it was too late to find another place for our family of 6, so we pulled the air mattress out, only to find that the plug was broken off. Two people had to sleep in recliners. The next day, a new air mattress was dropped off but by then, our kids were done. The pool was also not as clean as expected and a lady who claimed she was a tenant came around trying to take pictures of families having fun to “try to post and build the place up.” Appreciate the location and communication from the host once problems were raised but disappointed that the listing was inaccurate and no attempt was made to offer another option.
