We only was in room for about 15 to 20 mins tops . Had a mildew smell I went to the desk clerk they gave me a can of air freshener to spray . Went and turned on ac unit smell was unreal . Got to looking and found that ac unit was full of mold and nasty growth have video to prove . Went back downstairs asked for another room and they refused because of being booked thru Expedia . I was then cursed at by the desk clerk have on video and they refused to give. A refund because I booked with Expedia so had to leave and rent a room somewhere else but I have lost my entire money paid for that room . My son has asthma so it was extremely tough on him ruined our trip cost Us $233 for another room plus I lost the money for this room horrible experience never been treated so bad by a motel . Manager was suppose to call me at 10 Am which hasn’t happened I called back and they said he is off until Monday but they do not give refunds when booked by Expedia . They actually punished us for using the Expedia service because refused to give us another room or refund because we used Expedia . I’m calling health department , better business bureau and consumer affairs in the morning we go up and drove home from the other motel this morning because we spend half the night looking for another room . Total LETDOWN !!!!!

Only thing I didn’t like was the bed and it was a cheap mattress and wouldn’t stay on the bed frame if you set down in it went off the other side would I give it another try not sure for I like to be able to sleep good on Vacation

The only thing I liked about the property aside from free parking , was the fact that the front desk agent moved mebecause of the filthy room conditions and the lack of any amenities. This place is definitely on the "No" list. It smelled of mold and chlorine the moment you walked in the door to grab a rusty filthy cart for your bags throughout the entire trip to the room. The room was filthy with stained cushions on all seating with no phone or clock and a confusing tv set up. Mold covered the top of the shower which was also patched due to a leak? There were fixtures on the walls for nothing. Apparently remodeling was started and holes and such were covered up. Lights were ify with a couple beng burnt out. Hairdryer deciuded when it wanted to work. I was literally afraid to sleep in the bed. I requested to move and was accomodated by downgrading to a double queen with less room and similar issues. A simplke apaology would have been nice. Nothing was said or addressed. They just asked that I have my things moved out of the room by 11 am so housekeeping could get in. What?? Guest satisfaction is not in the cards at this hotel.

Plenty of parking. Not an upscale hotel but was worth what we paid. The staff was really nice. Check in and out was easy. The hair dryer in our room didnt work but it didnt really bother us. It does need some updating especially in the bathroom. In our bathroom the paint was bubbling and peeling. We was able to walk to get food, which we loved. We had never stayed at this hotel before so we wasn't to sure what to expect. We would totally stay here again if we was on a tight budget.

The staff were kind and personable. The hotel room Was clean along with the entire property. The hotel is located in the perfect location within walking distance to the major shopping and attractions. It also sits back from the main road which makes it quiet. The only complaint was the bathroom is on the smaller side, however does not affect your stay!
